From a fragment, to a finished piece.
How a Solène order moves through the studio, in five steps.
Start where it suits you.
You know the piece. Order it direct from its page.
See it first. The sample cost comes off your first order.
Something from scratch. Send a request; we reply within two working days.
Your wording, in our hand.
Once you've reserved, we send a questionnaire. It collects every word that goes on your pieces: names, dates, the menu, the guest list and their table numbers.
Anything that reads oddly to us, an unusual date format or a name we want to confirm, we raise with you before it goes further.
A digital proof, until it's right.
Within a few days of receiving your brief, we send a digital proof: every piece in your order, set in your wording, on the papers and surfaces you've chosen. You review it in your own time.
You've paid in full at checkout, but nothing prints until you approve this proof. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve it. Once it's approved, your order goes to print.
Printed in Australia, finished by hand.
Once you approve your proof, your order moves to production. Paper goes to digital print; accessories like matchboxes and tambourines are UV printed. The right method is matched to each surface.
Every piece is then checked under the studio lamp and signed off by hand before it's packed with care.
Packed with care, tracked to your door.
Couriered Australia-wide, fully tracked. If your date is close, write to us when you order and we'll do everything we can to get it to you in time.
Ordering one piece now and the rest later? We keep your design choices on file, and pieces ship together where we can.
Made for you, made properly.
Every piece is set in your own wording, checked against the proof you approved, and covered by our workmanship guarantee. If anything about the finish is wrong, we put it right.
